About Sattvika
About Sattvika
Guided by Values. Grounded by Nature.
At Sattvika, we believe that food is more than a product—it is a relationship between soil, seed, farmer, and family.
Our mission is to reconnect people with wholesome, naturally grown food that nourishes both body and community. We work towards building a food system that supports healthy soil, healthy farms, healthy families, and a healthy future.
Founded in Western Australia, Sattvika is committed to making naturally grown grains, millets, pulses, seeds, herbs, and wholesome foods more accessible while supporting farming practices that work in harmony with nature.
Our Philosophy
For centuries, communities consumed food that was grown seasonally, harvested locally, and stored simply. Food production followed nature's rhythms, and diets naturally changed throughout the year.
Today, many people have lost that connection.
At Sattvika, we are working to rebuild it.
We encourage seasonal eating and support farming systems that promote biodiversity, healthy soil microbiomes, and long-term sustainability. Our approach draws inspiration from traditional wisdom and is supported by modern understanding of soil biology, nutrition, and regenerative agriculture.
Supporting Farmers Through Pre-Orders
One of the unique aspects of Sattvika is our commitment to community-supported food production.
Rather than encouraging overproduction and long-term storage, we aim to build a seasonal pre-order system where customers can reserve produce before planting seasons begin.
This approach benefits everyone involved.

What We Offer
Phase 1 – Natural Pantry Essentials
We source and supply:
- Grains
- Millets
- Pulses
- Seeds
- Herbs
carefully selected from growers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality and responsible farming.
Phase 2 – Freshly Milled Flour
We are establishing a milling program to provide freshly milled flour from carefully sourced wheat and other grains.
Our goal is to offer flour that is:
- Freshly milled
- Traceable
- Minimally processed
- Consistent in quality
Because flour should be valued for freshness, not shelf life.
Phase 3 – Sattvika Kitchen
In the future, we plan to launch Sattvika Kitchen, providing fresh seasonal vegetarian meals for busy families and individuals.
Prepared using seasonal ingredients and inspired by Ayurvedic principles, these meals will support balanced and wholesome everyday living.
Why Soil Matters
Healthy food begins long before harvest.
It begins in the soil.
We believe that healthy soils rich in microbial life produce healthier plants, more resilient farming systems, and more nutritious food. This understanding influences the way we evaluate suppliers and the farming practices we choose to support.
