Change of Mind

Due to the nature of food products, we generally cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A product that does not meet expected quality standards

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs where applicable

We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, offer:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund

Seasonal & Pre-Order Products

Because seasonal products are sourced and produced specifically to meet customer demand, cancellations may not be possible once production or harvesting has commenced.

Any specific cancellation conditions will be clearly stated on the product page.
